How to Exchange a Product

You can exchange a product within 30 days of receiving it and can choose a different size. Please keep the following in mind when exchanging:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the product is safely returned.
  • Extra Fees: Additional shipping and packaging fees may apply for exchanges.
  • Product Condition: All exchanged items must be in new condition, free of defects or missing parts, and preferably in their original packaging. You may try on the item to confirm the size, but please do not use it for workouts.
  • Shipping Safety: We are not responsible for lost items during shipping, so we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or insuring your package for safety.
  • Processing Time: After we receive and check your item, we will email you within two business days to confirm we've received your return and are processing your exchange.

  • Refund Processing: After we receive your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Packaging Requirements: INNSTAR does not provide extra packaging for returns.
  • Tracking Shipment: Please use a shipping method with tracking so we can monitor when your package arrives.
  • International Orders: For international orders, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders outside the USA.
