What’s Covered

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality issues that arise during normal use of INNSTAR products. These defects usually appear shortly after purchase. Please note that the warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or modifications to the product.

How to Claim

To make a warranty claim, simply email a photo of the damaged item to info@innstar.com, along with a brief description of what happened. Our awesome customer service team will take it from there!

We’ll replace damaged parts for free, but there will be a shipping charge depending on your location. If you file a claim within 30 days of purchase and the defect is confirmed, we’ll cover the shipping costs.

 

Replacement Terms

If the product model or color is discontinued, we reserve the right to replace it with an equivalent item.
