This band fits reasonably well in my suitcase and I can hit every muscle group in quick succession. I got the gray/120lb version and I am very happy with the amount of resistance it offers. I can bench ~180lbs and leg press ~500lbs. I would not use it as my main weight training device, but I found it to be perfect to help maintain muscle while away from the gym. I bought a second one to keep at work and use it to do a quick 5 exercise, full body circuit when I start feeling tired. A great wake-me-up.

This is a clever design that overcomes the problems with long resistance bands. You really do get the right weight with these. There are six bands (three on each side) and on the 120 lbs model I got, each one tests at 15-22 on a crane scale depending on how far you stretch it. They are easy to detach and reattach. The big downside with these is the soft handles which are uncomfortable and more ideal. Durability remains to be seen but they seem well-made.

I have a daughter that loves volleyball. I wanted to encourage her so I bought this product. Leg strengthening works! I opened the package and I could fill the resistance bands. She wears them and practices with the belt and bands on. I would like to see the bands be a little adjustable. That would be a nice feature to add. But at this point this product does include that option.

Very poor , only used a handful of times on average I’d say 3 times a week & not strenuously , 6 restraints came with it & 3 have snapped in less than 3 months , how do I get replacements ??? Surely the seller has to respond to this issue Seller responded back straight away they sorted my issue efficiently & have now despatched with out arguments a replacement, great responsetakes me..

This is exactly what I wanted. Great product. Easy to use. Enough resistance to give good workout and very handy to use everywhere. This is my second set from Innstar and I am really satisfied. Price good too.

I wanted to purchase something to do bench press exercises, without a bar, plates, or bench. This is it. Just take it out of the carry bag, do some presses while standing, and put it back in the bag for next time. I detached the middle band to lighten the resistance, for now, until ready for more. Impressed with the quality. It is very nice to find a well made product like this these days.
