Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

All wholesale orders require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 200 units/sets per product. Orders that do not meet this requirement may not be processed.

Order Process

Placing an Order: To place a wholesale order, please contact us at info@innstar.com. Our sales team will provide a detailed quote and assist with any customization options if required.

Confirmation: Once the order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation email, including product details, pricing, and estimated shipping time.

Production Time: Production timelines will vary depending on order size and customization requests. We will provide you with an estimated production lead time at the time of order confirmation.

 

Payment Terms

We offer the following payment options for wholesale orders:

  • 50% deposit is required to begin production.
  • The remaining 50% is due before shipping.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, etc. All payments must be made in USD or RMB.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the order size and destination. These will be included in the final invoice.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location. We will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Customs and Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply in their country.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive defective items or your order is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Please note that returns are only accepted for defective products. We do not accept returns for customized items or due to a change of mind.
