Listing Type/Number:
In North America, stated over 900 total, of which about 600 are detailed listings with up to 3 clickable pictures, descriptive data. Remainder are basic contact plus link.
Type & Description:
Inn List. On home page, select the country or world region from list in middle of page. In US select state from list. Within states, select region. Result is featured (detailed) inns listed alpha by city, then links only. Some regions may have certain destination cities listed near the top, selecting one will give list of lodging in that city. "Classification Codes" can help find Inns meeting certain specific needs (but not amenities). .
Also has search option on pages, where one can enter location and select from all listings or those with pictures only.
Quality Assurance:
Has reviews by guests, but not actively pursued. Allows inns to list of affiliations/inspected status in detailed listings.
Other:
Has travel tips, links to search engines, currency exchange links, classified ads, multiple traveller services. Guide cooperated in facilitating review and verifying data.
Innkeeper Info:
Uses localized keywords on home and inn pages.
Rates (sign up and pay on-line): Page or email links are $30; detailed sites with 1 or more pictures are $80; premium and banner services are available. Allows links to other directories. Has "refer site to a friend" option.
